Custom Drag Flight Measurements

Photos are helpful for identifying the general style, approximate size, and angled or formed edges of an existing drag flight. However, photos of a tape measure alongside the part are not precise enough to manufacture a replacement accurately.

For custom or replacement drag flights, we need one of the following before production can begin:

• A completed dimension worksheet with measurements accurate to within 1 mm.
• A physical sample part sent to us for inspection and measurement.

We may be able to provide preliminary pricing and estimated lead time based on photos and the information available. Final production cannot begin until we receive verified dimensions or a sample part.

This helps ensure that the finished drag flights match the required profile, fit properly in your conveyor, and perform as intended.
