POBCO Sanitary Guide Rail Supports

Brass Inserts: We can install most any inch or metric Brass insert such as 1/4-20 and M6 or M8. POBCO's standard size is 5/16-18 thread to accommodate our Standard S.S. Support Rods.

Brass inserts work best with Stainless Steel Support Rods.

Brass Inserts and Stud Bolts can be purchased separately. (Stainless Steel Available)

Attaching Instructions:

1.	Determine number of supports along 10 FT. Guide Rail. ( 12 - 20"between supports is common)
2.	Drill round holes in desired support locations.
3.	Press into holes Brass Expansion Inserts.
4.	Screw 1 5/8 Stud Bolt into the Support Rod. Then Screw the Support Rod into Brass Insert until tight and flush against the plastic Guide Rail. The brass insert will expand and tighten during this installation.

Pivot End Adjusting Rods are made of 303 stainless steel. The jointed ends have an internal thread of 5/16-18 and allow for POBCO clips or threaded bolts. Pivot ends allow these rods to support rails around curves and bends of conveyor systems.
