POBCO-B AllwoodMount bearings are custom made from our POBCO-B lubricant-impregnated hardwood. AllwoodMount bearings provide all the advantages inherent in our other lines of wood bearings. The bearings give excellent service, even when subjected to the presence of acids and alkalis or grit and dirt. They work well under wet conditions.

AlIpIasticMount (available in a variety of plastics) and AllwoodMount bearings can be manufactured to practically any size and shape to meet the overall design and mounting requirements of any given application, whether in pillow block or flange mount design. Mounting dimensions of most metal bearings can be duplicated. Irregular configurations can be machined to meet specific design requirements, a feature not possible with stock conventional bearings which cannot be redesigned or easily altered.

Materials Must Be Specified

One Piece - POBCO one piece AllwoodMount and AlIpIasticMount bearings are furnished with a bored and reamed hole.

Two Piece - POBCO two piece AllwoodMount and AlIpIasticMount bearings are divided at the shaft centerline for ease in assembly where shafts and components are already in position. Corrosion resistant retention bolts and nuts can be furnished.

Self-Aligning - POBCO two piece AllwoodMount and AlIpIasticMount bearings are divided at the shaft centerline for ease in assembly where shafts and components are already in position. Corrosion resistant retention bolts and nuts can be furnished.
